On February 7, 2024, the Human Resources department, together with the Legal department of the AIU, held a seminar for administrative and managerial staff on the topics “Internal regulations of the AIU” and “Confidentiality as a condition in the contract”.

Under the chairmanship of the Director of the Human Resources department, Kanatbek Shambetaliev, the participants received important information about the working hours, professional ethics, as well as the procedure for hiring and firing employees. The basic rights and obligations of both the employee and the employer were highlighted, as well as the essence of employee incentives and instructions on the electronic document management of the AIU were introduced.

In addition, at the presentation held by the AIU lawyer, Kalzada Asangazieva, on the topic “Confidentiality as a condition in the contract”, the importance of observing the principles of non-disclosure of information in an educational institution was emphasized. The dangers and consequences of disclosing confidential information, as well as cybersecurity issues, were discussed. We express our gratitude to the organizers and participants of the seminar for valuable training that helps to maintain effective work in the AIU.
